Jane Leahy has 17+ years experience in IT service and support leadership, ITSM strategy and process execution, and technology implementation/administration. Her passion is connecting people with process and technology to excel organizational purpose while ensuring cultural alignment through organizational change best practices. Jane is a Senior Solution Consultant at Cherwell Software and is certified in ITIL Foundations V3 and KCS Principles. She is also President of HDI Nebraska, the local HDI chapter of IT Services and Support Professionals.

Jane will explain the purpose and main components of the ITIL framework and its proven value in business alignment, improved service delivery/availability, IT agility and responsiveness, increased customer satisfaction, and regulator/statutory compliance.
